Conference Registration Fees include the Sunday night reception, all breakfasts and all lunches during the conference week. The Conference Banquet tickets must be purchased separately and early since only limited space will be available

NOTE: Only one paper, either poster or oral, is allowed per registration. Each paper must be linked to one individual registration or additional paper charges must be paid. There is no additional paper charge if you are presenting an additional poster (not an oral) that will not be submitted as a manuscript to the proceedings. If you register and submit two (or more) papers for the proceedings, you must pay an extra paper charge per extra paper. The extra paper charge is not refundable.

Very approximate conversion rates CD$ 2.0 = 1 GBP, CD$1.45 = Eu 1,  and US$ 1 = CD$1
