ORALS
Please note that you must have registered before we can schedule your presentation in the program. Please register by 30 May 2008 to keep you oral spot. Early registration is before 1 May 2008 and has reduced fees. Registration fees include breakfast and lunch but not the banquet.
All oral papers are 15 minutes including questions. You should allow 3-4 minutes for questions at the end so your main talk should be 10-12 minutes. Only a projector connected to a PC (Windows) will be available for the presentation. You can bring your presentation in Power Point, PDF or Word on a USB stick If you must use your laptop (Mac), we can connect the projector to your laptop; but you must allow time for this from your talk.
You can download the registration form from the website. If you have more than one paper per registration, then you need to fill in the extra paper line in the registration form.
POSTERS
The posters are presented and Tuesday (22 July) in the Wild Rose room from 6.00 pm to 8.45 pm. However, you must put up your poster before or during lunch on Tuesday you should remove it Wednesday noonEach presenter will be provided one side of a 4 ft (high) x 6 ft (wide) poster board, and push-pins will be made available. Computer display equipment, sound or projection equipment, or freestanding displays cannot be accommodated due to space restrictions.
POSTER PRIZES
There will be four poster prizes.
